爸爸出院了～

但他在我生命中是很重要的。
认识我的人，都知道我娘有多严，有多唠叨。

她的唠叨和严厉是会让孩子叛逆！
但也因为她的唠叨和严厉让我成为今天的我。
不是什么伟人，或是有多厉害。。。但至少，不偷不骗不枪！

成长的过程，也因为我的爸爸。。。用软的方式教道。。。让我可以大声说 ＂我从来没偷过东西！＂

他说＂你要什么，我都尽量买给你。你敢偷东西，我就打断你的手！＂
这句话并没说过一次。但却非常有效！

爸爸在每个人眼里都是开心的！
常有人说他像香港明星zeng zhi Wei!

那么有元气的人，最近的脚指有问题了。医生说要动手术。

爸爸第一次住院。乐观的他积极在安慰自己。 但还是看得出他的难过和紧张。
那要命的医院还要他等手术室！ 他其实想来个痛快！赶快解决！

不喜欢爸爸不在身边的感觉和不知道他在想什么的感觉。
到医院看他时，可感觉他其实难过却装不在乎。

我怕手术后的他。。。
动手术很伤身。怕他的元气少了。怕他的乐观少了。

我什么都不能做。。。
只能保持正面的想法。。。 让好多正能量环绕他。。。

补庆中秋 15／09／2011

我家每每有节庆。。。就是吃。。。 用吃来庆祝～

可说是我家的传统。。。

中秋节当天，因为我人在巴厘岛。。。 

所以，等到我回来才去补庆中秋～

My 1st Trip To BaLi 10/09/11 - 14/09/11

WooHoo~ Really excited when i finally booked my trip~ 

Planned to go in Aug but parent does not allow us to go as it is the 7th month of Chinese Calendar~

Listened to them as i also scared of ghost and no point make them worry for us while we are enjoying ourself~ 

hahaa~~

Never been to Bali before and i nv tot of going there b4 marriage! Reason, cos the place looks so romantic and is a good place to "create" love~ wahahaha~~~

But dun know why, the tot just came and off we go~ wahaha~~~

1 day before my trip, 1 of my colleague told me that, there are myth, rumors that, Bali is a cursed island.

Unmarried couple go there will be curse and they will break off eventually. between 6weeks - 6 months time. 

Was affected, but many colleagues ard me, ask me to ignore the myth and name me the couples who went and happy married after the Bali Trip~ wahaha~~~

So, i just leave it to fate~

Stay @ Astana Kunti Villa [$230+++ per night]

Flew : JetStar [$240 per pax]

The hotel and flight cost us bat $1400 ++

I believe can get cheaper air ticket price when there is a promo~ can go as long as $100 per person~

We reached airport @ 0700++

Mum wanted to have breakfast with us but due to she is real tired after she visited casino and only came back home in the morning @ 0500++

1st thing that we do is to check in our bags~

The flight was delayed for about 30 mins i think, i dosed off before the flight move. When i woke up, the flight is not moving, i tot i have reached Bali~ But i am dreaming la~ waha~

The flight was bat 2.5 hr. Is a complicated airport with 3 different check point!

All Singaporean/Malaysian, please ignore the 1st 2 check point, where you will see many ppl Q and is mostly ANG MO. This 2 Q is for those for need to buy VISA and who need VISA to travel to Bali~

Singapore/Malaysian, just need to walk ALL the way out will do~ is like the finally Check Point of the airport and you Q from there~ The Sign indicate foreign Passport.

Bali airport is a very Busy airport. With many tourist, many tour guide waiting for their cust and also many cars to fetch the tourist~

It is located away from the main road and is deep inside~

The small road to the hotel is really bumpy~

As it is located Deep inside, it is really peaceful @ night~

There are hotel rooms and Villas in Astana Kunti~

If i am not wrong, it has only 18 Villa and we are staying in 1 of it ~ wahaha~

FOC WIFI is provided by the hotel. But reception is really bad when we are in the room~ Signal is strong only when we are out of the Villa... BERY  =_="

I think they know that airport is too crowded for us to talk about anything~ ahaha~

Abit disappointed with the towels they provided. There are stain and is in dark colour. 

My feeling tells me that they are washed/clean but did not use any bleach to remove the stains~

We did not call for any Cab and walk out of the Villa ourself. 

Is a about 10-15 mins walk to the main road.

Mr Lee make me walk up and down the dust main road as there are really lots of cars~

We headed by to the hotel and the sunset really early @ Bali, @ about 1830,the sky is dark already~

No lamp post @ all on the road that we walked back, luckily Mr Lee bought his torch light and i used the torch function on my phone!

Same, the road is dusty, uneven and is so quiet!

I really hold Mr Lee arms/hands tight!

I super timid~ ahaha!

Quickly me, changed into swim suit once we reached our room~

Step by step enter the pool as the water is REALLY COLD~

After the swim, we used the bathtub! is huge enough to fit me and MR LEE~ hahaha!

Did not spend too much time in the pool and bathtub as we are heading our early the next day~

Our breakfast is provided by the hotel.

Breakfast will need to be ordered daily @ the reception is you wish to have your breakfast in the Villa.

From the reviews i read online regarding the hotel. Many ppl complain that the breakfast was always late~

So we ordered the breakfast to be delivered to our Villa @ 8am, which is 1 hr before we set of for our trip~

But they were 45 mins LATE! Therefore we were 45 mins late to start our tour~

If any 1 of you like adventure and trekking, can go Trekking @ Mt Batur.

It needs lot of WILL and STRENGTH

The sunrise is breath taking[from the review] and make me feels like doing the trekking~

But i know i got no stamina and out of shape. therefore i forgo the tot la! 

Back to my trip, if you can, don't go to this place where we had our lunch.

Oh Ya, 1 thing i dun like bat Bali, every where also need to pay $$ up the hill to have lunch, need to pay entrance fee

The guide say, if you think you kana black magic, the holy water can help you clear the black magic away

Pregnant woman will also come to pray and shower with holy water for both baby and mother to be safe.

No shorts allow in the temples, therefore we need to wrap ourself with sarong before we enter the temple.

Something i wish it will not happened, happened when we reached this temple.

My stomach is upset! the pain cannot be tolerated and need to poo poo IMMEDIATELY!

Thankful that it happened @ the temple there.

Thankful for the auntie keep washing the toilet. 

The toilet @ the temple is acceptable. The outer appearance tell u the toilet is smelly and dirty as it is really run down.

Indeed, it is run down but not smelly or dirty! The squat towel bowl , the hole is clean. Not like those malaysia 1. BLACK BLACK! 

I felt good and luckily!

Back to the main track! haha!

We wanted to try all the food but not having it as proper meal. Like buy 1 set of it and try it.

The temple is famous as it is located in the sea, only low tied then you can walk near the temple.

I strongly recommend every 1 to visit KrisNa Oleh Oleh 

Things are cheap, no need to bargain and cannot bargain!

Bali's beaches are really nice, but too bad i am not a beach person and not prepare to be expose under the sun for long time!

 Wonder ard the shopping MAll beside the beach.

I bought a shirt from ADIDAS and Mr Lee said i look like pumpkin~

ALong the way to our next destination, we pass by Malioboro.

We always prefer sightseeing then shopping. But this place is really not worth to visit  and is meaningless to visit ! At least to us!  Take Note! i Respect the GOD

Alright, most upsetting part of this trip, my old injuries , back pain, came back after i left the beach!

My leg is dirty after walking along the beach.

I bent down to wash my leg and dust off the sand before getting up the car.

When i stood up straight, the pain just came back~

We visited another beach, forgot the name. 

I find the beach special as you need to walk down a cave path before reaching the beach.

the path is small and there is only 1 route for ppl to go to and leave the beach.

With my bloody back pain, climbing the steps of the cave path is really difficult for me!~ Duper painful!!! Some more i need to keep bending to let the other pass. Steps are high too!

Knowing my having back pain, the guide still make me climb slopes back to the carpark!

Feel like slapping him @ that very moment~

After Ulu Watu, we head to Jimbaran to have our seafood Dinner while watching sunset~

So far, except for the MAliboro, all the other food that we had are not HOT. All @ room temperate including the Seafood Dinner.

Went to their Carrefour after the dinner, wanted to grab some food for our 4th day @ BALI as we plan to spend the whole day in the VILLA~

Disappointment, we did not mange to get anything, only bottles of water. 

Only excitement is, i manage to get a set of bikini of my size @ S$30 @ the shopping mall which Carrefour is located @.

Knowing my back is pain, the driver ask us to cross a super bz traffic road to Carrefour, he does not want to do the U-Turn as the U turn is far away. This is the 2nd time he ask us to do that.

I am fine with it for the 1st time, which is on the 2nd day, as i dun have any backache. 

He make me stress my back for 2x a day knowing what happened to me.

Well, forget it.  i will just assume he cannot understand english.

The pain was real bad that, @ night, i woke up from pain!

I slept on my right side, my usually position. I could not move my body @ all from the pain, i need to wake Mr LEe up to move me,pulling my shorts to the side and help me turn my body, so that i can lie on my back. 

Day 4

After the breakfast, we rest and watch TV before dipping into the POOL!

Already the last day, we have yet to finish the wine! 

Therefore, wine @ Pool Side~

The Pool water is still cold/chilling even though the hot hot sun is shining~

I swim again before the food arrive! 

The water is still so chilling that i DASH into the pool! hahaha!

Wonder why we ordered so many fries? Not we are crazy with fries. Just that the menu is misleading. it stated potato chips! and we ordered OTAk [the small round brown thingy] and it came with fries also!

The whole afternoon was spent swim - read - swim - eat - swim - read! ahahaha!

Also realized that the hotel is thoughtful, they help to close the curtain in the bedroom[curtain was left open when they do room service in the day!] and also replace the insect repellence.!

LAST DAY

nothing much~ as Mr LEe does not want to take a later flight home. He felt is wasting of time waiting for the time to pass, so we have choose the 1st fight to retune home. Also not that early, is 2pm++! Just nice after check out. Can head to airport!

Last breakfast was nice! The room service help us to do the set up!

Was given a souvenir from Ketut @ NakBali! So Sweet of him! But due to we are busy checking in and had forgotten to snap a pic of the souvenir! hahaha!

Side Tots :

Toilet : Hard to find. Need $$. Not clean.

Hotel Water: Somehow, dun know why? my hair dun seem to be clean no matter how long i wash it! it has the sticky feel, which seems like still have shampoo on my hair! really pissed off!

Airport Staff : Not too friendly + Helpful. Personally felt that they are to cheat us as long they have a chance. Maybe due to too much "entrance fee" collected. I bought the air ticket with 20kg luggage. With all the soap used, my bag should be lighter as we did not do much shopping. Luggage weight @ 2.2 kg. He actually told us to take out the stuff or must pay USD 50! After that sit back and relax! Usually if you exceed 1-2 kg. The counter staff will allow for check in without any payment required.

No choice, open the luggage and took out the bags that i bought, which i think is less then 1kg. 

When Mr Lee wants to put the luggage back to the weight machine again. He saw the machine is not reset to 0.0 kg but starts with 2.2 kg! When we ask the counter staff to see, then he "oh, oh"! then reset the weight machine! We have to re-open the luggage and put all the stuff back! Just nice 20kg! Felt TMD @ the moment!

Driver : 2nd day of the tour, i felt that he is not too keen to bring us ard. Dun know whether is it becos he is tired or wat. He grumble a bit for waiting for us due to the breakfast was late. All the places of interest that he brought us to,  he did not guide us and did not explain to us about the historical places like the other tour guide does.

He will drop us and wait for us in the car!

He is not informative enough or maybe due to language barrier when we ask him about certain places or stuff he could not really ans. 

Usually he did not get what we meant and we don't get the answer we want.

hahaha!!!!

Maybe he is new, young and is a freelancer.

Therefore not so thoughtful as the other experience tour guide.

+ point about him : without fail, always open the car door for me as i sit behind him.

He is polite and Fun

If you are some 1 who does not like to be follow by any 1 or you have been to Bali before, just need some 1 to drive you ard to places that you want to visit again, or dun need any explanation for the historical places or you just need airport transfer. You can book him. 

His charge rather affordable. 

I will look for him, if i go to Bali again and if i bring my parents along. Cos i already know what i want to do and where to go!
