Always wanted to try out Cherry Garden after reading so many blog abt it!
Mandarin Oriental is always so peaceful and quiet even if they have many wedding going on at the ground level~
Cherry Garden is Located @ Level 5 of Mandarin Oriental Singapore.

The whole restaurant is really 古色古香～
Very 古代 Chinese Ancient with Zen feel~
Its a mixture of modern and Qing Dynasty Feel~
My sis reached earlier then us and she mention that the table we sat has the best view of the restaurant ~
But I seated back face of the restaurant~ My View is only Marina Square~
So Sad~
The manager of the day is really handsome!

They have 2 session for the Dim Sim Buffet.
11:00 - 13:00 or 13:30 - 15:30
They are really nice to let us be seated and start before 13:30 as that sunday is especially quiet as compared to other sunday where they will have many children running around~
Flexible enough !
I am glad that I have selected a correct day to visit Cherry Garden~
I have phobie for noise and crowd !

Pretty Flower Print on the tea cup and bow.
We informed the staff to slow down the serving of food process when we placed out order.
But it seem that they cant do it as the food is served REALLY fast and we ate in a very fast pace, in order to make space for the next dish~
I forgot some of the food taste as we really rush through~
Tips: To order not more then 6 dishes per round/order, especially if you are seated at a square table.
Drunken Chicken In Hua Diao + Chilled Jelly Fish and Top Shell
Chicken is well marinated with correct amount of chinese wine.
You will not feel drunken or overdosed with wine after eating it.
Soup of The Day - Chicken Winter Melon Soup
Taste of the soup is light and sweet and it seem to be from the ingredient of the soup
Not salty at all.
