Big Uncle Pass Away [ Daddy's Big Brother ]

Uncle passed away on Sunday Morning...

Very Sudden... He was still fine on friday morning... Talking normally when my dad called him...

He felt into coma on sat morning and he need machine to breath...

His daughter believed that, the hosp did not rescue him in time when he is struggling..

Mum said... Uncle did not have the tot of intention to die...

Uncle's friend also mention that... Uncle was still telling him that he will be coming to Singapore to attend his nephew [my cousin] wedding in March...

Every thing happened very sudden!

As i am working, i only went to Malaysia on Wednesday... Took an Urgent Leave for thurs as this is the last time we accompany him to walk the last path of his life[ damn... i am so direct translate!]

My 6th uncle was so sad, he cant control himself and cant speak when we pay our last respect to our big uncle... Daddy face was also red... even his eyes!

My uncle blood brother, carried his coffin for a distance... is such a heat pain moment... when every 1 cried... his son 磕头 to uncle when uncle is abt time to "depart" to his new "home"

Last night, very packed with ppl... Relatives.. Friends... Brothers...

Spent my last few day eating the food ard cuppage... Atas and Non Atas...

2nd day no lunch... as the 2 man went to send things ard whole Singapore... left me and kok ping to LOOK after the shop! wait for this and that... who and who to come and take the stuff ...

We finally had our 1st and last dinner together.. 4 person TOgeTHER @ this gap rest @ MBLM... after we sent our finally items to MBLM store!

is sad that the shop is close... dun know is it becos the shop is small or we have too much time... our bonding is strong... it is to me at least... is a relax and fun place to work in... i remember the 3rd day of CNY 2011[this yr]... as usually... no much ppl work... but the Q is a lot ! the whole day we been serving non stop and we even have refer from PS shop... that day... we have less then 6 processor... we can process so fast and even able to take in other shop cust!

I went out to buy food for them and every 1 take turns to eat! we care and concern each other! whether who and who ... so and so... eat le ma.. let them eat 1st... they not full... let them eat more....

We actually dun have a staff room for us to eat... but we can really squeeze together ... kuay shoo! the room is really small... but we really squeeze @ any corner that we can to eat in and we still have ppl working in the [staff/manager] room!

I really do miss the time that i had in iHub!

I believe i have grown ! i am thankful to all the temps... being so helpful and accommodating! and tolerate the double standard! waha! every 1 have double standard ok!

i thankful for the boss/incharge of iHub... let me experience the feel of being a "senior" scarifying com and think 2x b4 taking mc! gving exception and meeting the cust as the "in charge" / manager of the shop! waHAHA! i did not claim that myself... cust assume i am 1! wahaha!

iHub will be closing down soon... I'm here less then 1 yr... Already got feeling... Maybe I emotional and sensitive...

This will be our last gathering in the shop... So this is a gathering cum farewell party for every one?


As it is CNY, the regular caterer is still not open yet! (Neo Garden)No choice but to source for other caterer! [Four Season. not hotel] Prices is ex... Due to CNY I think... The service that I receive when I make the 1st call was poor? But due to no much option, we proceed with the ordering....

20 person, $476.15, no drinks(packet drinks) as we chosen the cream puff instead.
Kind of ex. Food portion was quite small... Luckily we had sponsored curry chicken and we bought breads. Taste of the food was not bad, but the veg already got sour taste! The food delivered @ 730pm, with warmer and we start to eat @ 930pm...








































No much programs for the night as we dun have much capital... Only eating and gathering... Gamble, Talk and Sing along with StarHub Karaok Chanel 888.

1st CNY in Singapore 2011

This yr CNY is a bit different from the past years! The Different is i did not go back to malaysia! Usually i will go back to malaysia to visit my relative on the 1st night of CNY and will come back to singapore on LATE night of VNY day 2!

We did not go back this yr, cos i have no OFF day on third day! did not manage to get my off day.. *sob*sob* so this yr , is my 1st time... to spend the whole CNY @ singapore!

CNY Eve :

We did not eat out, as i am working and mummy + me dun like the idea of eating out cos is very rushing and is expensive la!

So as usual, mum prepared Steamboat! The amount of food she bought, is damn scary la! the whole fridge is fully packed! Luckily, sis stopped her from bringing all the food out. Else i think i will eat till really PUKE out!

CNY Day 1:

Vegetarian day for my family! Mummy always a vegetarian on 初一 十五! so every 1 will be a vegetarian. Or i should say, only mummy, daddy and me is a vegetarian. Sister usually dun care! waha! Mummy will usually prepare dishes with special meaning in it E.g 发菜, so that we can huat! or 蒜 so that we know how to count.

Only place that i go 拜年 is my aunt house! so full of 新年气息！！ 红红的！

Went home straight as i have invited friends to my house! 1st time wor! nv invite any 1 to my house for CNY before! Those who came must feel honor! hha! but i will so sorry cos i think i am not a good host.

Gamble and played monopoly! waha!

Almost forgotten, i have invited Sze Sing, Yan Ling, Evelyn, Justin, Justina and Nicholas!

got some others too, but they did not turn up! heehee!

CNY Day 2 :

YES! Is 鱼生 again! We no need to be a vegetarian, we have food such as 盆菜～ The gravy of this 盆菜 is 超好下饭的! it goes so well together with rice till i add another bowl of rice! also according to tradition! i must 添饭! so that i will 有的吃！[meaning =still have more to eat] haha! i am really direct translating! haha!

i am always the 1, to prepare the 鱼生！ cos when u buy back, the oil and sauce is not put on the vegetable. some even got fish, raw fish.

all the dishes mum cook for day 2~ our dishes may not be expensive stuff but is meaningful!

No much CNY atmosphere this yr, luckily got some gamble and ppl coming to my house, else i will feel sad! i felt that is also due to the place that i am staying. too much ANG MO? Neighbour also landed and i see no ppl celebrating!

Next yr i will try my best to make it more happening and if i have my own house, i will deco and invite many friends to gather and have the atmosphere! Hope my wish come true!
