We had Breakfast with my parents before they leave us ~
They left us at abt 12 noon which is too early to check in to the hotel~
We walked around and decided to try out Slappy Pan Cake instead of walking around as the weather is REALLY HOT~

We played till the next table mummy told his hubby and childred what we are doing to the pancake~
I think is a good time to educate and interact with the kids~ But of course~ must finish up the pancake and cannot waste food~

After resting, we went to visit Hubby Lee ex colleagues @ Osia RWS~
We had light lunch to have a good meal there as Hubby Lee say he wants to treat me to good food~
Which he RARELY want to bring me to such atas food~
Partly because, I doubt i will feel full with such small portion and fine dining usually not cheap~
No point to waste such money~

THe tube contain the spread for the bread.
The flavor changes~ THis was pistachio~
It spread is prepared by the chef~
Soft and chewy bread with Garlic and Herbs~
Foie Gras With Banana Cream
My 1st try on Foie Gras~
It smell really nice ~
Crispy on the outside, soft inside~
THe cream balance the oily feeling inside the mouth~
But Foie Gras its not my cup of tea~
Lobster with Mango Sauce~
My favorite lobster~
Its fresh and cold~
Sometimes, you ordered cold starter... The starter is at room temperature ~
THis is cold and the it goes REALLY well with the mango sauce~
Sweet and Refreshing~
The lobster is crunchy and no "power feel"~
Hubby Lee don't fancy seafood and knowing i love Lobster~
He let me have most of this dish~
Prawn Broth / Soup
Its very rich in taste and fluffy texture~
THou is rich in taste, you will not have the sinful feeling, like drinking something high in cholesterol ~

Taste yummy without having to dip in any sauce~
