HoneyMoon 03.03.2014 to 14.03.2014 - Korea - Jeju - Day 2

A Fresh New Day~

After all the traveling and rushing~

We are dead tired and missed the breakfast by  the hotel~

It is a honeymoon trip, we try to relax and do not want to have a pack schedule~

But, this is our 1st time in Korea~ We want to visit as many places as we can, therefore, this trip is still tiring for me~

Wahaha~

As we woke up late, we waste no time, quickly wash up and prepare and off we head to our 1st destination~

Weather is not that good for Day 2~ IT RAIN~

Stress for me to drive as not too familiar to the road, car, the place and add on the RAIN~

Me driving~

The seats can be warm/heated~
Something new to me~
And I realized it, when I felt hot sitting on it~
WAhaha~
Was still thinking why is the seat so warm in such cold weather~
wahaha~

We also rented a GPS~
Their gps is really smart~
You can search the location via contact number~
Damn Cool~
But not all the contact number provided [Tourist map or Web] is correct!

HeeHee~

After 1.5 hours of driving, we finally reached our 1st destination~

Osulloc Tea Museum~

Us @ the main entrance of the Museum~

Very modern looking building which don't look like museum and you will not feel it is related to GREEN TEA~ HeeHee

Pretty bride inside the museum taking her wedding photo ~
But she is left alone there and she stand in that position for a period of time.
Oppa Lee waste no time and quickly take a picture of her~ wahaha

Lots of mugs with different design~

You just refuse to leave the place~

There is a innisfree outlet there, We walked in to see see look look

But only we walked out then we realised that you can DIY your own soap there~
Wahaha~

Our next destination will be Glass Museum ~

As the museum is open area without any shelter, we bought 2 umbrella and 1 raincoat from them~
Highly discourage to buy the raincoat as the material is really thin, Oppa Lee tear the coat when he is adjusting this bag~

Wrote this in the car for Oppe Lee when waiting he went down to check is the museum open!

Personally do not encourage to visit The Glass museum, a little too boring or maybe is due to we visit at the wrong timing~

Next destination~

Teddy Bear Museum~

The staff @ the ticketing booth attitude is too cold~
Really is buy and go~
We still need to ask for brochure~

There are a lot of different bear theme~
Worth the visit~

Hong Kong Theme Bear~
The Bear is really doing the dragon dance~

The must icon ~ LV Bear~

Korea Traditional Wedding THeme~

Any Korean Drama Lover will know this theme~
HeeHee~

Every time i see this, the song of the drama will play in my mind~

Oppa Gangnam Style ~

As we did not have a proper breakfast, we need to feel our not proper filled stomach~

We tried out the fried chicken from Lotteria @ the Bear Museum

The mustard sauce comes with the fried chicken but if you want to have chili or tomato sauce, it is chargeable~

The size of the chicken is slightly bigger then Mc Nugget, but the chicken inside taste so much better~

It is made from REAL chicken and it is boneless~

Every mouth that you bite is tender juice chicken~

Outdoor Bear visiting after the yummy chicken~

They even have Star, I mean Bearbucks ~

But sad to say, its closed.
Not too sure is it due to the non stop rain~

Can you see the bear driver inside the car?
HeeHee~

Bear musical fountain~

Group of Bear Fishing~~ In the rain~

So coincident, we met Mr and Mrs Chua when we are about to leave and head to our next destination~
Cave Cafe~

As they have finished looking at all the bears, they decided to join us~
HeeHee~

Well, I believe regretted joining us, because we didn't mange to get to the Cave Cafe~
The car journey should have scared the hell out of them~

The journey to the cave cafe is about 1 hr.
We left the museum at abt 4+ Pm, when they sky is still bright~

As we were driving, the sky gets darker and darker, the route that we drove along are narrow and we think we pasted by some mountain route.

Due to the cold weather, the sun set early, and the road get REALLY FoggyY~

This drive/route ranked number 1 difficult in my life~
THer are not much lamp post on the road, all I have is my car headlight to rely on~

Being not very familiar with left hand drive, the route, the weather condition, wet and narrow road~
It really drive me crazy~
My heart beat in a very high speed and I believe I suffer  hypertension @ that moment~
All the blood rush to my head~ MY face remain red and hot during the 1+ hr of driving~

There are a lot of cars behind and beside me, so I cannot take my own sweet time to drive.
There are lots of S turn on the way to the Cave CAfe~ and the car on the opposite direction is very near me too ~

Going through all this stress and driving difficulties, I finally reached the Cave CAfe~

But IT IS CLOSED~

Its 6 PM when we reached the destination and the sky is as dark as 8pm in Singapore~

I really feel like crying when I reached there!
I felt really bad to make Mr and Mrs Chua to go through the adventurous drive with me yet didn't get to visit the Cave Cafe~

Oppa Lee even went down and ensure the Cafe is really closed.

:~(

Rested awhile to cool myself down before we head back to our hotel area~

Luckily the route back to the hotel or city area is not foggy and I was back to main road aft 30 mins drive~

I felt so relief when I saw the main road instead of the mountain road~

Mr and Mrs Chua suggested some city area that is famous for the market selling seafood and fruits [I think so]

We head there for our dinner and do some shopping.

But when we reached there, we did not shopping and just find a restaurant for food~

Walk ard the area and found this eatery, selling Abalone Chicken Soup~
Its in the alley and I am still feeling lost after the drive, I have no idea where I am and just want some hot food to calm myself~

The BanChan [Side Dish]

the Main LEad~ Abalone Chicken Soup~

The Abalone Chick Soup and BanChan~

Mr and Mrs Chua with the food before we attack it~

Close up on the chicken soup~

The Abalone is Big, Fresh and Juicy~
It taste really different from those CAnned Abalone~

Us after the Meal, picture taken by 이모 of the restaurant~

We headed home after the meal~
While fetching them back, I believe i break lots of traffic rules of Korea.
Their marking of the road is not very obvious, I missed the turning point and need to do illegal turning~

HeeHee~
