Mandarin Oriental International Buffet Dinner

HeHee~ 
I really have this special feeling for Mandarin Oriental la~
Is definitely becos of we help the wedding there and also the service the provided always won our heart~
Thou, I must say this time, the service at the restaurant never really meet the same standard we had previously but it is still acceptable~

Always wanted to try the buffet at Melt - The World Cafe ~

Hear good review about it, so I always find good excuses to visit but failed~ [ Even on my Birthday Staycation~ ]

But this time i finally make it cos UOB Card have promotion~
Pay the price of 3 when 4 Dine~

Mr Good Hubby decided to bring me ~

In order to enjoy the benefit, we asked his cousins along~

The food is premium selection with Salmon Sashimi to Grill Steak~
Lobster, Oyster, Prawn and Crab!
Free flow of juices, indian, Chinese cruise and etc~

The Crab Meat is powerful de~ Chewy and got "doning doning" ~
But weird part is the lower part the meat has "powder" feel~
So we only eat the upper part~

The soup is not thick but rich in flavour~
Mr Lee Cousin had 2nd serving with more gravy less beehoon~
