Simple Air Fryer Fried Carrot Cake ~ Home Make ~

I do not have photos showing step by step as I was just trying out, not sure will it work out ~
HeeHee~

Ingredient:
1 x  Small ready Made Carrot Cake [I got mine from Sheng Siong]
Chai Po 
Oil
2 x Egg
Minced Garlic
1 x TeaSpoon SesameOil
1 x TeaSpoon Fish Sauce
1 x TeaSpoon Corn Flour
Water

Uses the Baking Tray~
Step 1 :
Preheat AF @ 180 Deg - 5 mins 
I wish to create the "WOK HEI"

Step 2 : 
Add 1 Teaspoon of Oil - 5 Mins

While waiting for the oil to be heated up~
Minced The Garlic
[Amount of Garlic Depends of individual Preference]

Step 3 :
Add Garlic and Mix Well / Stir Fry. 
Close the AF. Leave in  - 5 mins


While waiting for Garlic to be AF till Fragrant
 Wash the Chai Po
[Amount of Chai Po Depends of individual Preference]


Step 4 :
Add Chai Po and Mix Well / Stir Fry. 
Close the AF. Leave in  - 5 mins

Dice The Ready Made Carrot Cake 
2/5 or 1/2 of the small Ready Made Carrot Cake can fill up the baking tray~


Step 5 :
Add Carrot Cake and Mix Wel; Stir Fry. Leave In

 Dissolve Corn Flour in some Water [Watery]

Beat Eggs , Corn Flour Water, Sesame Oil and Fish Sauce Together.

Mix Well~

Pour into the Baking Tray with Carrot Cake~ 

160 Deg for 15 mins


Check the Carrot Cake Aft 10 mins~ 


Add some Sweet Sauce if you like the Dark Version ~


You can do a shortcut way by putting the Garlic , Chai Po and Carrot Cake in and AF for 10 mins
Then pour in the egg mixture for AF 10 mins 180 Deg

I do it step by step as I do not need to prepare before hand and I like the fragrant Garlic and Chai Po to be out ~ HeeHee~
